All orders for in-stock items received before 2:15 P.M. Mon-Thurs and 12:30 Noon Fri. Eastern Time will be shipped that day. Orders received after this will be processed the NEXT business day. This also applies to all Express orders. There is no UPS delivery on weekends or holidays. The day following shipment of your order is considered the 1st shipping day by UPS. Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays are not counted as shipping days by UPS.
US Postal Priority is available only for PO Boxes, Military, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. All other orders will be shippied VIA UPS even if US Postal Priority is chosen and your order will be modified accordingly. US Postal Priority orders over 25 pounds will not be shipped - we will contact you for other options.
Orders to US territories outside the continental US, including ALASKA, HAWAII and PUERTO RICO must use either US Postal (recommended), UPS Next Day, or UPS 2nd Day services. We will change the shipping method if it is not one of these (including UPS 3 Day Select.)
UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.
Money Orders and Checks: Must be drawn in US funds payable to Nutrition Dome. Order is shipped as soon as Money Order is received by Nutrition Dome. Checks must clear before shipment, so allow an extra 7 days. Include a printed copy of the order confirmation email along with your check or money order (please include shipping cost) and mail them to:

Nutrition Dome Inc. believes that we should all be responsible for our planet. Therefore, we try to keep our shipping rates as low as possible using Earth-Friendly Biodegradable packing materials whenever possible.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges are calculated based on weight of order, destination and method of shipment you choose.
UPS charges us for any returned shipments. Please note that if your order is returned to us for any reason (including refusal of package, no one there to accept package after several delivery attempts or wrong address), you will be charged shipping again.

Damages
Nutrition Dome makes every effort to safely secure and ship all packages, but we understand that sometimes merchandise can be damaged during the shipping process. Merchandise damaged during shipping should be reported to Nutrition Dome within 24 hours of receipt. We will contact the shipping company for visual inspection of the merchandise and box. We will then issue you credit for the amount of any confirmed damaged merchandise.
Returns
Please call us during our normal business hours for return authorization prior to returning any merchandise. Merchandise must be returned in "sellable" condition in order to receive credit, which means un-opened and undamaged. Full credit will be issued for unopened merchandise returned within 10 days of your receipt of shipment. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to returns after 10 days. Product returns cannot be accepted after 30 days. Shipping fees are not refundable. Postage fees for returned items are also not reimbursed.
Back Orders
We regularly stock every item we carry. Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product we carry, occasionally we may run out of certain products. In this event, we will give you an estimated time of availability. If item(s) is not in stock within 4 business days, the backordered item(s) will be cancelled .
Returns on unopened product must be properly insured. If we never receive your return, we cannot issue a refund.
We are not resposible for typographical errors.
