The maximum dosage of ephedrine for a healthy adult is no more than 100 mg in a 24 hour period for not more than 12 weeks. Improper use of this product may be hazardous to a person's health.

Keep out of reach of children. The FDA has suggested a maximum of 10mg per day of ephedra.
