Terms and ConditionsAll orders for in-stock items received before 2:30 P.M. Mon-Thurs and 2:00 P.M. Fri. Eastern Time will be shipped that day. Orders received after this will be processed the NEXT business day. This also applies to all Express orders. There is no delivery on Sundays or holidays. FedEx Home Ground Delivery delivery Tuesday through Saturday. The day following shipment of your order is considered the 1st shipping day by FedEx. Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays are not counted as shipping days by FedEx.For Military and PO Boxes, please choose US Postal Priority. US Postal Priority orders over 25 pounds will not be shipped - we will contact you for other options. Orders to US territories outside the continental US, including ALASKA, HAWAII and PUERTO RICO must use either US Postal (recommended), FedEx Standard Overnight or FedEx 2 Day. We will change the shipping method if it is not one of these (including FedEx Express Saver.) FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes. Please make sure your entire shippping address -including street number, apt number, suite number, building number, school/company name etc. is correct. FedEx is now charging for incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses and refused packages. I understand that if my shipping address is incorrect, incomplete, the package cannot be delivered properly or if I refuse a package, I authorize Nutrition Dome Inc. to charge my credit card $10.00. Money Orders and Checks: Must be drawn in US funds payable to Nutrition Dome. Order is shipped as soon as Money Order is received. Checks must clear before shipment, so allow an extra 7 days. Include a printed copy of the order confirmation email along with your payment (please include shipping cost) and mail them to: Nutrition Dome 4518 11th Avenue, 2nd Level Brooklyn, NY 11219 Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated based on weight of order, destination and method of shipment you choose. We do not ship international orders. Damages Nutrition Dome makes every effort to safely secure and ship all packages, but we understand that sometimes merchandise can be damaged during the shipping process. Merchandise damaged during shipping should be reported to Nutrition Dome within 24 hours of receipt. We will contact the shipping company for visual inspection of the merchandise and box. We will then issue you credit for the amount of any confirmed damaged merchandise. Returns Please email us for return authorization prior to returning any merchandise. Merchandise must be returned in "sellable" condition in order to receive credit, which means un-opened and undamaged. Credit will be issued for unopened merchandise returned within 10 days of your receipt of shipment. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to returns after 10 days. Product returns cannot be accepted after 30 days. Shipping fees are not refundable. Postage fees for returned items are also not reimbursed. Back Orders We regularly stock every item we carry. Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product we carry, occasionally we may run out of certain products. In this event, we will give you an estimated time of availability. Returns on unopened product must be properly insured. If we never receive your return, we cannot issue a refund.
